Meet Gregg Novak, DO

Bio

Gregg Novak, DO, is a reputable doctor of osteopathic medicine at Rural Health Corporation of Northeastern Pennsylvania. With 12 locations throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania, Dr. Novak proudly serves at Monroe-Noxen Medical Center in Monroe Township, Pennsylvania. 

With over 18 years of experience in osteopathic medicine, Dr. Novak enjoys providing primary care for people of all ages. He also believes in treating his patients as an integrated whole, aiming to promote health and reduce causes of disease and disability.

Dr. Novak began his education at the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor of Science in biology and philosophy. He later pursued his medical degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. Afterward, he completed his residency training in internal medicine and pediatrics at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. 

He became board certified in 2007 in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and in general pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). Contributing to his accomplishments, he is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), the American College of Physicians (ACP), and the American Association of Pediatrics (AAP). 

Dr. Novak has a passion for improving his patients’ overall health through education and guidance toward an optimal diet, frequent exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits. 

Outside of the office, he’s not just a doctor but also a husband, father, son, brother, gardener, athlete, and follower of Christ.
