I have several serious chronic medical conditions, some of which are potentially life threatening if not appropriately and consistently monitored and treated. Dr. Novak is truly and genuinely concerned for my health, wellbeing, and quality of life that he has me come in for follow up appointments to monitor my conditions on a monthly basis. Therefore, I have many more visits to the clinic and personal interactions with the office staff and care providers than many other patients. After about 5 years now of approximately 15 to 20 primary care office visits per year, I have never once had a negative or even unsatisfactory experience at the Noxen-Monroe Health Center...ever! The medical care/treatment and I receive from Dr. Novak, as well as his nurses Johanna and Lyric, is always exceptional! The kindness, care, concern, and compassion that each and every one of them always show towards me is incredible. The professionalism, knowledge/skill, and personal service I receive from Dr. Novak and every other member of his care staff has been and continues to be above and beyond my expectations and previous experiences. I feel completely safe, secure, and confident in the care of the providers of the Monroe-Noxen Health Center and will continue to entrust my and my precious children’s health, wellbeing, and life with them!

I’ve been a patient of this clinic for about 4 years now and am seen monthly for follow ups. The quality of care I receive by Dr. Novak and the nurses is exceptional and far above and beyond any other provider I’ve previously had. Every staff member in this clinic, from the receptionist to the doctor, are always so genuinely friendly, caring, and helpful towards their patients. I hope me and my children will have the opportunity to continue receiving our primary care by the providers in this clinic for many more years yet to come.
